To start a commission, email contact@bwoah.devwith a clear description of what you want, your Roblox username, and a deadline if you have one. The terms below are the standard agreement for every commission.

binding once deposit is received- 01
Payment
All work is quoted per project. A binding agreement is formed once the 50% deposit is received and the project scope is confirmed via email. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Work will not be delivered until full payment is received. Delivery means handing over all agreed files or assets via the method agreed in email. All payments are in Robux only via the Roblox platform.

Refunds
If you cancel a commission after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before the deposit is paid, nothing is owed. If I cancel a commission, see Term 08 for the applicable refund policy. Refunds, where they apply, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the Roblox platform.

Ownership
All work, including files, scripts, and assets, remains my property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you. You may not resell the delivered work as-is without modification. I retain the right to include the work in my portfolio as described in Term 06.

Revisions
Minor revisions are included at no extra cost. Minor means small adjustments within the originally agreed scope, such as tweaking values, fixing bugs, or minor visual changes. Major changes, including new features, redesigns, or anything outside the original brief, may incur an additional cost, which will be agreed upon in writing before any extra work begins. There is no defined limit on minor revisions, but this is not an invitation for continuous changes.

Deadlines
If you provide a deadline I will confirm in writing whether it is achievable before work begins. Confirmed deadlines are treated as targets I will work toward in good faith. If a delay occurs on my end I will notify you promptly. If no deadline is given I will provide an estimated timeframe, which is non-binding unless explicitly confirmed. Scope changes after work has begun may affect the timeline and will be discussed before proceeding.

Screenshots and portfolio
I reserve the right to take screenshots and use completed work in my portfolio and promotional material unless you request otherwise before delivery. Usage is limited to portfolio and promotion; I will not resell or redistribute your work. If your project is confidential or unannounced, let me know before delivery and I will withhold it from my portfolio until you give the go-ahead.

Communication
Commissions are initiated via email at contact@bwoah.dev. Include a clear description of what you want, your Roblox username, your Discord username if you want to talk there, and a deadline if you have one. I aim to respond within a few days. Once contact is established over email, ongoing communication is usually handled through Discord. You may also start a commission directly through Discord if you have met me there, but I will not hand out my Discord username on request, so email is the default way to reach me. The agreed scope is the basis of our agreement regardless of which platform it was discussed on. Changes to scope after confirmation may be treated as major revisions under Term 04.

Right to refuse
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission. If I cancel before work begins (that is, before the deposit has been received), any payment already made will be refunded in full. If I cancel after work has begun, a partial refund proportional to the work not yet completed may be offered at my discretion. This is the only scenario where a refund is automatically considered; all other refund requests are governed by Term 02.

Negotiable terms
These terms are my standard default, not a fixed contract. If something here does not work for your project, reach out and we can discuss it. Any agreed changes must be confirmed in writing via email before work begins, and any term changed by mutual agreement overrides the corresponding default term above for that project only.
